At DarushimaJapan, we specialize in authentic Japanese vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, reel-to-reel tapes, and collectible music items.

Due to the collectible and often vintage nature of these products, all sales are generally considered final. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we carefully review any issues on a case-by-case basis.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the item description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A short description of the problem

If approved, we may offer:
• A full refund
• A partial refund
• Store credit
• A replacement (when available)

Please note:
• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or carriers.
